How do I receive my photos?

All full resolution photos are uploaded into an online gallery. A gallery link and download instructions will be emailed to the address provided at time of booking.

Where should people be during the shoot?

It’s always strongly encouraged for the residence of the property and any additional family members, and animals to be gone from the property during the session. If this is not possible, all members and animals of the home, need to be outside while the interior of the property is being photographed, and vis versa.

Will you get the house photo ready?

Our photographers will arrive to the property ready to begin photographing. Small items such as chair placement, remotes, that are easily moveable will be moved at the discretion of the photographer. Large items including but not limited to, Furniture, boxes, fitness equipment, will not be moved and shot as is, unless moved by the seller or agent.

**Time cannot be taken out of the session for the photographer to wait for items to be moved. In this situation the photographer will shoot until the allotted time of the session is expired.
